Why do i find it hard to have and keep friends.?

At the momment im finding it so hard to find friends. everything i do is with my husband. i just wish i could have a true friend to talk to go out with etc. it hurts because i thought i had a friend even though we didnt speak every day i knew she was there for me. anyway she just finished uni and shes made a new friend she doesnt invite me out anymore etc last night we were suppose to go out she cancelled with me and went out with her new friend. i thught she was a friend

Isn't your husband supposed to be your best friend?? What is a relation if you can't share your feelings? I think you need to work on your marriage.
Reply:Remember to have a friend you have to be a friend. Friends do use each other a lot and that is what is called a trade off. Friends never condom the other for being what they are. Friends accept each other without conditions.
Reply:I'm fairly recently married myself and I think it's defintely more difficult to have friends. Escpecially if your friends are single friends. Of course I'm a guy so it's a different dynamic.
