You can have friends close to home or all around the world
Click on their photo/avatar/ and start visting their page.
If you have things in common or you just want them for friends,
Click on the plus and submit the invitation.
Continue to visit pages, leave comments on their page and make sure you have a profile and a blog .
They may invite you.

on the top of your 360 page..there will be a browse or search option..you can put the criteria you are looking for in the search forum and your options will come up:)
