How to find my friends' common friends?

well, if i'm not remembering wrong, at home page (not profile page) there was a frame showing my friends' common friends. say, we're friends A,B, C and i in real life. and i'm friend with A and B on facebook, but i'm not aware that C is also on facebook. and, A and B are friends with C on facebook, so that frame was showing (duh, i think) C to me and was saying something like "you may know C". i think i'd hidden that frame by clicking "hide" or something, and it seems there is no way to bring that frame back?


news feed shows lines as this (A and B are now friends with C), but those lines pass by..


...OR, is there a way to find or list my friends' common friends that i'm not aware of (as C in the above example)?

How to find my friends' common friends?
Go to any of your friend's profile. On the left side under Friends In, click View All Friends. You can see all of your friend's friends (who are NOT your mutual friends).





The people who are your friends will have their names highlighted in blue. Those who are not your friends yet have their names in gray. Got it?





There is ALSO a pull down option at the top of this page that says Show:, pick Mutual Friends and all of your common friends will come up.





Just play with it and things get easier.
Reply:facebook is different from myspace if you know what high school they when to or college use that information to search for them it will give some results. You can't random search like myspace.





I like myspace but there is so many people meet from there and getting kill or going missing in Los Angeles, CA from the network site. You can't trust anymore.
