I have no friends..how do I find some?

Well the reason I don't have any friends is because last summer my then boyfriend and my best friend slept with each other behind my back. So I dumped my bf and kicked my best friend to the curb. So know I have no one to talk to except my family. I think I need some gay friends. How can I find some. it just seems most everyone wants to sleep with you, and maybe become friends.

there is always somebody that will help you with what youll ask, and you can learn a lot, and meet new people
Reply:go to groups/meetings... also if you don't mind dorky guys that might be the best way to go, because usually they're not obsessed with hooking up so you have a better chance at finding friends.
Reply:Maybe you should consider a profile on a networking site like facebook or myspace if you don't already have one? You might be able to make new friends with people your own age and in your locality. Try it and see; its worth a shot.
Reply:I have the same problem, no gay friends. I have never met anyone around my age that did not try to sleep with me. Your best bet is to meet people at work or do volunteer work. Unfortunately, anytime you get two gay guys together, one of them most likely will be attracted to the other. Straight people run in to that problem all of the time. It is rare for a straight girl to have male friends because of the same issue.
