Where can I find good friends that do not have kids yet?

I know this sounds weird! However, my husband is military and ALL of our friends have either one or two kids! My 17 year old friend is already talking about having her 2nd, and my 21 year old friend wants her second also! My husband and I always have baby fever because we are around it soooo much! Im stull finishing college though, and even though we wanted to have a baby next year I think that it would be best if I wait at least another year to get pregnant so that I dont have too much school left! Plus, we will have tons of money once I also have a job!


So, anyway...it would be nice to have a set of friends that do not have kids.....but, where can I find them?





I do love my friends....please dont think that Im rude or anything like that...like I said...I just need more variety I guess!











Also, is this normal for young people to have kids? Im not against it AT ALL, but its just seems like I went from not knowing anyone with kids...to BAM..all my friends have kids?

get involved into some things at your school. anybody who has time for the many activities at a college, can not have any children.





people are producing children at a younger age. i think it might be a trend or something. idk.
Reply:well having kids at a young age isnt bad i mean some people are just ready early for kids their choice but i understand where ur coming from but i mean friends are friends no matter what u guys need to find activities that comprimise with their children or ask then to makes a girls day out where u guy can just hang out shop ect if not just look for other varieties
Reply:I think it's great that you want to finish school first and then have kids. You should have a career and experience life before you have kids, they are a huge responsibility. I was going to say to find friends at school, but if your friends are that young having kids, then I have no idea where else you can look! Good luck and enjoy the life you have now with your husband because it changes with kids! (not in a bad way though!)
