1. Get a myspace and add people that are in your area.


2. Go to church or volunteer at places or things


3. Once in awhile just start talking to someone about a subject in school or something.


4. Get involved in sports





Those are some ideas, though, im not sure if your still in school. So if you aren't sorry about the ideas that would involve being in school.
