They recently added me as a friend but I can't find my profile in their friends list. Does that mean they deleted me? If they deleted me, wouldn't their profile have deleted from my page as well? i.e., Their profile is still on my page, but I can't find mine on theirs.

Leave a comment and if it lets you then you are their friend if it says you must be their friend then you arent!
Reply:you can go and search your name out in the profile. if you leave a comment on their page ad it says you must be added as a friend then you are not on their page,
